One of the biggest mistakes a guy can make is treating a cougar like a younger woman. I don’t mean in the respect of buying her gifts, taking her out for dinner or telling her how attractive she is. It is sometimes said that punctuality is a virtue of the mediocre, but no one who’s said this has ever found themselves dating a hot cougar. Older women don’t want to have to chase you constantly. If you’re dating an older woman, you need to show up at the agreed location on time. You’re supposed to make her life more fulfilling, not let her down and keep her waiting.
Don’t mention the age gap
Sure, most older women don’t mind being referred to as a cougar. It’s a term of endearment. However, don’t constantly mention the differences in age between you two. If you do, you run the risk of making her feel insecure. It will then become a rift between you both, which will eventually result in her replacing you with someone else.
Make sure you’re the kind of guy a cougar chooses
A lot of older women are set in their ways. They were raised in a different world to the one we live in now. Twenty years ago, we didn’t have dating apps, sexting or Snapchat, so we had to hook up with people through good old fashioned flirting. Many cougars and older milfs see flirting as a lost art, especially face to face. Whenever you’re with her or are texting her, make sure to include a hefty dose of flirtatious banter. Older women love being complimented too, maybe even more than their younger counterparts. Likewise, if you’ve already impressed her with your maturity, style and intellect, don’t become so comfortable in the relationship that you revert to being a slob and playing video games. Begin as you mean to go on.

H-1B visa applications are able to be filed by the employers in one of the following 2 methods: H-1B Regular Processing, which is very cost-effective and takes a little longer. There is no timeframe set in stone for a visa to be processed by the USCIS when it is filed through Regular Processing. It can actually take anywhere between 1 to 6 months). The next method is H-1B Premium Processing, which is actually not available for this Fiscal Year 2017. The actual wage is decided upon by comparing other workers in similar positions with the same level of experience. The actual wage is the wage rate that is paid by the employer to any other individuals with similar experience and qualifications for the specific employment in question. The prevailing wage is decided upon by the State Employment Security Agency by completing a special form, either ETA 9035 or 9035E. These forms state that it will pay the H–1B nonimmigrant the required wage rate. When a company decides to sponsor a particular visa, what the immigrant cannot control is how much would be the pay for the H-1B employee. As part of the H-1B petition process, while filing the LCA with the DOL, the Sponsor Employer has to pay the H-1B employee the higher of the “actual wage” at the workplace or the “prevailing wage”, otherwise, in the industry.
